Jeffrey Kwong
Comic Artist
Kwong Chi-kit is a full-time comicbook artist.
Born in Hong Kong, Kwong studied in the United States at a young age. After graduating, he worked in advertising in the US, winning numerous awards. He returned to Hong Kong in 2008 to dedicate himself to education, teaching for ten years at Shantou University and the Savannah College of Art and Design in Hong Kong.
In 2020, he officially entered the comics industry, co-authoring "The Saga of Kunlun Mountain" with Mak Tin-kit and Luk Wai-cheung, which received widespread acclaim. His first solo work, "The Architect’s Epiphany", was selected for the first Hong Kong Comics Support Program, winning a silver medal and the Best Character Design Award. His science fiction work, "Indigo", won the gold medal at the second Hong Kong Comics Support Program. Kwong has represented Hong Kong at international book fairs and comic festivals on numerous occasions and has hosted lectures for overseas cartoonists.
